Laurelin is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, and Cofounders of Convergent Research, Adam and Anastasia. She is responsible for managing their schedules, travel and events, and anything that frees up bandwidth to drive Convergent’s mission forward at full speed.

Prior to Convergent, Laurelin supported the CEO of Joyn Bio, Michael Miille, as executive assistant and corporate operations manager, driving internal communication and culture initiatives. Before Joyn Bio, she acquired a variety of strategic and practical experience as the business operations manager of small business ventures ranging from local farm CSA programs to specialty retail shops. She also has a Bachelors degree in business administration with a focus in organizational development.

Laurelin enjoys living in Salem, Massachusetts, where the spirit of Halloween persists all year, with her gremlin-like chihuahua mix, Lucky Love.
