Janelle is Head of Programs at Convergent Research, working on building programs to help accelerate FROs. She previously ran the Series A Program at Y Combinator, where she helped 300+ startup founders raise their first institutional round of funding and learn best practices for scaling their companies, and subsequently co-founded an advisory firm, Magid & Co, to work 1:1 with founders to expedite their fundraises and achieve the best possible outcome.

When not working, she can be found with her nose in a book, on her motorcycle or paraglider, or attempting to find her zen on her yoga mat.
