David is Convergent Research's General Counsel.  He is responsible for all things legal at Convergent Research and for each of the FROs.

David previously served as General Counsel at OpenAI and OpenResearch (formerly Y Combinator Research) and was Chief Legal Officer at Titan Space Technologies Corporation. David also has broad expertise representing clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters including securities, intellectual property, antitrust, privacy, and general commercial litigation.
